Redfern Cottage Early Learning Centre Minto is an architecturally designed centre located at the historical Redfern Cottage site in Minto.

We are seeking staff who are dedicated professionals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated people who are ready to learn about Early Childhood Education and Care. School leaves are encourage to apply.

**Working at our centre you will be responsible for**:

- Creating and maintaining a fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and staff.
- Developing and implementing the educational program and achieving quality learning outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.
- Can do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
- Willing to learn and study your Certificate three.
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.

This is a full time position with a rotating roster. Redfern Cottage offers onsite parking, complimentary uniform and a supportive environment where you can grow your career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $12.00 - $14.04 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
