Ndis Marketplace Specialist

We're looking for a **NDIS Marketplace Specialist **to join our fast-growing company in the health and disability sector.

You are the NDIS expert to help establish better connections between participants and service providers through the online marketplace. Using technology, you'll be matching people who are looking for services with the right businesses who can meet their needs. The role is about understanding and communicating with people. Both through learning the individualised and specialised needs of NDIS participants, and developing great relationships with Australian businesses to help them grow.

Your work will directly impact the lives of people with disability, the providers who deliver services to them, and the families who are in the dark about how to help them live their best possible life. You'll be working in a tight-knit, collaborative, and talented start-up team.

**The role**:
In disability, it's all about human connection. This new role is being created to enable and support the connection between NDIS participants and local service providers through our online marketplace.
- Speaking to NDIS participants and their families and understanding their specialised needs.
- Onboarding new service providers onto the HeyHubble marketplace, explaining the product and how it works, and answering any questions they have.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders at small to medium sized Australian businesses who use our marketplace.
- Problem solving difficult tasks, diving deep to find new service providers and creative ways of finding support for users.
- Acting as the voice of the customer and sharing your findings that you have with the relevant teams in the business such as product.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has:

- Great communicator with NDIS participants, families and service providers.
- A problem solver Understands the pain points of the NDIS and how we can use our amazing products to help them.
- Experience in the customer support side of the NDIS in any area. Needs to truly understand, be **passionate** and have empathy for the difficulties of living with a disability in Australia.
- High attention to detail, always hungry to learn and think of better ways we can help our users.
- Bonus if experience with service providers or any other B2B relationship management.
