- Provide timely, professional and strategic advice to the Project Director, project management team, governance committees, procurement and evaluation teams, and executive management (as required) in relation to the construction and consultancy procurements required for the projects. This advice may include but is not limited to:

- procurement strategy and approach for engagement of suppliers, contractors and consultants;
- risk allocation tables for each construction procurement;
- briefs on treatment of technical, commercial and operational matters, as required, for Program Steering Committee and Executive Steering Committee;
- value management opportunities in relation to the project procurements,
- risk assessment and appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Management of any associated Project Procurement Specialists on best practice procurement methods and ensure individual and team outputs are aligned with MSH policy and strategic direction.
