As a Employment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our service, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for sustainable employment. Your responsibilities include:

- Motivating people to understand and trust their abilities and removing their perceived barriers
- Supporting people to find sustainable employment
- Building a network of local employers
- Advocating for people living with disability, injury or health condition

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following skills and experience:

- A passion for helping people living with disability
- Experience from Hospitality and Retail Industry are highly regard
- The drive to advocate for others
- Resilience in the face of setbacks
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A current driver's license
- Fluency in another language and culture (advantageous)
