At Better Rehab, we are looking for a driven and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on recruiting top quality Allied Health clinicians. With offices throughout Australia, we can accommodate this position based in any of the major states.

**Your New Role**:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment practices across a range of clinical and non-clinical job vacancies. You will also be provided with the opportunity to develop strategic recruitment initiatives.
At Better Rehab, no two days are the same, though a typical day may involve:
- Accurately representing Better Rehab’s culture to both internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing recruitment data, as well as reviewing competitor activity and reporting on this accordingly
- Working with the clinical and leadership teams to assess personnel requirements within Better Rehab
- Ensuring all compliance is attained for new Better Rehabbers
- Initiating new recruitment techniques, including both active and passive approaches

**What we are Looking For**:
- You have 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience either internally or with an agency
- You have experience with end-to-end recruitment
- You have experience with passive recruitment processes including SEEK Premium Talent Search, Linkedin Recruiter and database searches
- You are a people person and passionate about finding the right cultural fit
- You are passionate about recruitment and see yourself progressing in this area
