**About the opportunity**

Due to our strategic growth, we are looking to appoint a Team Leader who is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to making a difference. This is an administrative /hands on focused role where you will be responsible for the effective and safe running of our sites. There is one position available at our current location Fremantle.

You will undertake the following responsibilities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
- Support the clients with their appointments.
- Supporting the Service Manager with 24/7 rosters across the multiple locations
- Meetings with families, carers and potential clients to discuss needs and packages.
- Supervise and support your direct reports.
- Ensure all compliance measures are being met.
- Co-ordinate case management for clients as required.
- Co-ordinate all site administrative processes.
- Provide support to the Service Manager for your area.
- Strong background in mental health/behaviour of concern.
- Experienced with conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership skills including guiding and mentoring of staff.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Manual handling exposure

This role will be site based and requires someone with strong leadership and organisational skills. We are looking for a person with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage teams.
- Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within disability services is ideal.
- An understanding of the NDIS
- Experience in working with clients with physical and mental disabilities as well as High-Needs participants.
- Qualification in Disability - Cert IV in Community Services / Disability or equivalent - highly advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills - computing, reporting, and rosters etc.
- Drivers Licence
