QIC currently has an exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate Technical Analyst to join our Real Estate, Technology Services team here in Brisbane. This position will be a part time position, ideal for anyone in their final year of study looking to get hands-on, real-world experience.
The QIC Real Estate Technology Services (RETS) team provides Infrastructure & Cybersecurity services to the QIC RE portfolio of 23+ assets across the Eastern seaboard of Australia.
This is a role which focusses on the cost efficiency, process, and service improvement programme within QIC Real Estate Technology Services. An individual with attention to detail and an analytical technological mind will succeed in this role.
Role accountabilities also include (but are not limited to):

- Assist in updating and designing internal processes for internal services, relating to Service Management activities.
- Assist RETS Technical Business Analyst in the design and preparation of the documentation and process for outsourcing key operational services.
- Support the wider RETS team when and where required.

Key requirements and experience:

- Completed 24 months of a degree in an Information Technology discipline.
- Able to successfully integrate into a dynamic information technology team and provide positive input to service improvement and procedural issues.
- The ability to successfully communicate with both internal colleagues and external parties, through appropriate written and verbal skills.
- Ability to show an enthusiastic approach and a willingness to learn, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management, organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A strong team player approach and the desire to assist others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active and hard-working mentality.
