**About the role**
**We are seeking a Quality Officer to join our team at Christadelphian Aged Care in North Parramatta, NSW. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact on the quality of care we provide to our residents.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Developing, implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Conducting audits, reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analysing and reporting on quality indicators and performance data to drive continuous quality improvements
- Providing training and support to staff on quality management practices
- Collaborating with the clinical team to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate quality performance

**What we’re looking for**
- Current APHRA registration as RN with no conditions or restrictions
- **Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Quality role (preferred, not required).**:

- **Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the aged care industry is desirable.**:

- Strong understanding of quality management principles, relevant legislation and industry standards
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality outcomes
- COVID Vaccination Evidence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
