**The Opportunity**
- Working across our 4-theatre department you will work with a dedicated and professional team that sees a broad range of specialities. This includes Orthopaedics, General Surgical, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Paediatrics, ENT, Plastics, Pain and Dental.
- As a member of our Anaesthetics team, you will be joining our passionate theatre staff providing care to patients undergoing Anaesthesia for their procedures.
- Anaesthetic staff work as a member of the clinical team to prepare the perioperative environment for the appropriate procedure whilst liaising with, and closely supporting, the anaesthetist in the provision of all aspects of the anaesthetic care, as required by the anaesthetist and perioperative team.

**About You**
- To succeed in this role, we require you to have strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting, with proven anaesthetic assistant experience.
- You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Essential criteria**:

- Registration with AHPRA (for nurses only)
- You’ll have a minimum of two years recent experience working as an Anaesthetic Nurse/Technician
- You’ll have an understanding of issues associated with acute care / perioperative settings
- You will be an effective communicator and foster a positive and cohesive culture
- You will be self-motivated and work as an effective team member with mínimal supervision
- Your excellent understanding of infection control principles will see you contribute to the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors
- Ultimately, you will be willing to accept and promote Ramsay’s core values

**Remuneration**:
**Anaesthetic Technician: $73094 - $80800 +** superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.(WA Level4)

**Registerted Nurse: $73,239.29 - $96,376.66** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be up-to-date in their **vaccination against COVID-19 (including the third dose, as required)** using a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation.
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
