**Position**
The **Scrum Master IDKit (Agile Delivery Manager)** will be a pivotal, go-to person for the IDKit development team, work closely with the IDKit Product Manager and help to launch and grow our SAAS Identity Verification Platform globally.
In addition to your primary responsibilities in Product Delivery, this role offers the opportunity to engage in various interesting aspects of our work, such as assisting with writing user stories, refining product requirements, or conducting product demos.
Based in Sydney, you’ll work with our Product Manager and distributed tech team(s) to organize, problem solve and deliver exciting new features.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Coordinate sprints and run all agile ceremonies
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Lean Kanban)
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration, between Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Quality Control, Customer Support and Customer Success.
- Provide status updates, aligning delivery with business priorities and timelines
- Work with Product Managers to handle backlogs and new requests
- Help define and document feature requirements Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each release
- Improve project efficiency and get rid of impediments in product development
- Build rapport with the development team and be their ‘go-to’
- Enjoy learning new technologies, tools and taking on responsibilities which might be slightly out of your comfort zone.
**Must Haves**
- 5+ years demonstrable experience as a Product Delivery Manager or similar roles such as Scrum Master, leading 2 or more agile teams
- Experienced in various agile methodologies (eg Scrum, Lean Kanban)
- SAAS Tech startup experience, this isn’t your first VC-backed rodeo so you’ll know what this entails
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working asynchronously with distributed teams across different timezones
- Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A passion for product development, technology and innovation
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
- JIRA / Confluence experience
**Nice To Haves**
- Industry experience in fintech, identity, risk or fraud management
- Ability to travel into the North Sydney twice a week
- Use of productboard

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
