**About the role**
We currently have an opportunity for a
**Project Officer** to join our Crime Prevention Command team within the Capability, Performance and Youth Command. The Project Officer undertakes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, secretariat and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with the NSWPF Aboriginal Strategic Direction.
Opportunity to liaise with and provide support to NSW Police Force employees across the state. Work in a dynamic environment with a committed team of Aboriginal specialist employees. Use your meticulous attention to detail skills to inform initiatives, provide excellent customer service, support programs and influence positive relationships between Aboriginal people and the NSW Police Force.

This role requires you to provide support and clear advice to Aboriginal and non Aboriginal NSWPF staff including supporting co-workers in complex environments and liaising with senior police employees. Using a recent example, describe when you provided work place support. What did you do and what was the outcome?
