With a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use developments across NSW, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our head office team. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality property developments from conception to completion.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex development projects and be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery, on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to construction and handover
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring issues are proactively managed
- Monitor timelines, costs, and project progress, delivering regular reports to stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and WHS standards
- Continuously improve project management practices and contribute to business growth
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a results-driven, proactive leader with a solid background in construction project management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction or property development industry
- Proven track record managing complex residential and/or commercial projects from start to finish
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety compliance
