**Diploma Educator / 2IC Opportunity - My Early Learning Centre**

My Early Learning Centre is a beautiful, privately owned early childhood service with a warm, family-focused atmosphere. Conveniently located in the heart of Earlwood, our centre is well-known in the community for its nurturing educators, engaging programs, and strong relationships with families.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right person.

**About the Role**

As a valued member of our team, you will:

- Support the educational program and contribute to high-quality learning experiences for children.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre, working closely with the Director and team.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative, helping to guide and mentor fellow educators.
- Maintain a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

**Skills and Requirements**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Early Childhood Degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection qualification.

**Attributes and Experience**:

- Experience in a room leader or 2IC role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and providing the highest standard of care.
- Confident with documentation, programming and using digital platforms.
