An opportunity to have fun and assist in the development of our children's future has now become available for a passionate experienced Diploma qualified early childhood educator (or working towards) to join our team. Our boutique place childcare centre in Earlwood is a highly reputable service with a supportive and friendly team.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Applicants must hold a minimum Diploma qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
- Confident with leadership qualities with 2IC potential
- Bright, friendly and energetic
- Dedicated to developing the future of children
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the early childhood sector

**About your day**:

- Be aware of the Educational Leader’s daily and weekly planning and objectives
- Plan the environment, set up learning areas, prepare and clean
- Pack away materials and supplies
- Evaluate and critically reflect on programming, reflecting the emerging skills and interests of children
- Preparing and documenting the children’s daily stories
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times
- Liaise with families about children's day
- Responsible person, with the ability to open and close the service
- Plan events, incursions and excursions
- Work with educators towards continuous improvement in all areas of our service
- Have fun and make someone’s day
