- Bonus payment of $1,750 at 6 months another $1,750 at 12 months and an additional $750 at 18 months *

Our child care centre in Earlwood has a position for a full-time child care trainee.

We are currently looking for a passionate, highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and develop high level skills in children's care and education.

Requirements include:

- Professional and friendly attitude
- Team player
- Genuine interest in working with children
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- High work ethic and quick to learn
- Well presented
- Ability to multi-task
- Great written and oral communication skills are mandatory
- Current Working with Children Check
- Meet NSW traineeship eligibility requirements
- Ability to study to complete course requirements
- Must be available to work up to 38 hours per week Mon-Fri (4-5 days)

Position Duties:

- Preparing experiences for children
- Assisting in activities with children
- Assisting with physical care including nappy change
- Supervising and caring for children
- Assist with the serving of food
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Complying with the regulations and legislative requirements as well as industrial standards.

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
