Service Advisor

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Working with the well-known and highly respected John Deere range of Agricultural Machinery, you will be the prime contact between the Land HQ Nowra Branch and our customers for servicing and repairs on machinery and equipment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and all things mechanical. This role is perfect for a Mechanic or auto industry Service Advisor looking for a change

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the communication between Service Personnel and the administration of the Service Department
- Identify gaps and opportunities in RO Stories for final invoice signoff by the Service Manager
- Prepare quotations for service repair jobs
- Assist with booking in customer jobs for the Service Manager and Field Coordinator
- Prepare warranty and/or product improvement claims including the computation of charges, submission and follow-up with the Group Warranty Department
- Must have Service Advisor experience in a Dealership environment (Agricultural or Automotive)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Computer systems savvy including Microsoft Suite and DMS (Dealer Management System)
- An energetic and can-do approach to your work.
