- A passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service - every time
- Understanding of food safety and the importance it plays in a restaurant
- A current RSA certificate and/or Barista training (desirable, not essential)
- High-energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
