**Business Process and Systems Development Specialist**

Are you a Robotic Process Automation Developer and ready to innovate as well as redefine the world of business processes automation by leveraging robotics?

In this role you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and analysts, solution specialists as well as scrum masters to create and optimize workflow processes and custom business solutions. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, UAT testing and bugs fixing. Your experience in business solutions/custom solutions development (VBA VB Script/.Net) as well as Robotic Process Automation technologies (Automation Anywhere or UiPath) is crucial for this role.

Description/Tasks:

- Work directly with business stakeholders to capture internal customer requirements, conduct business process flow analysis and optimization, develop functional solution designs that match internal customer needs while integrating and leveraging the existing solution portfolio, code repositories and logging tools
- Develop and support RPA (Robotic Process Automation) / RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation) solutions supporting our operational activities in accordance with our IT security, reliability, and quality standards & best practices
- Develop and support CAD (Siemens NX & AutoDesk) / PLM (Siemens Teamcenter) systems customizations and business solutions in accordance with our IT security, reliability, and quality standards and best practices
- Specify and document end to end solution as well as technical design details while collaborating with IT Security, Solutions, and Infrastructure specialists along the development and implementation process
- Estimate cost, schedule, and prepare business cases when necessary, considering infrastructure, licenses, development, support as well as other aspects

Qualification/Experience:

- Degree in IT, Software Engineering or Mechanical/Systems Engineering field
- Deep experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly RPA, Product Lifecycle Management, Configuration Management, Document and Content Management
- Proven solutions development and process optimization/automation experience in an industrial context, using agile methodology and tools (JIRA)
- Ability to manage risks and quality requirements of business-critical systems
- Understanding of or experience in working within a regulated environment, preferably in aviation or manufacturing environment
- Excellent skills in solving problems and technical issues, solution oriented mindset
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS Access
- Fluency in English is a must, German and/or French is beneficial
