**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect outfit or accessories.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences and body types.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and restocking inventory.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions to better assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Passion for women's fashion and a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
