For over 30 years Salvatore Papa has successfully executed his vision of the Italian Culture here in Sydney. Papa's has also been home to the ultimate dessert, Sydney's favorites Baked Ricotta Cake.

We now have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced full time Content Creator to join the team, based at the Head office in Five Dock.

The Papa Group are looking for an individual with the skills to manage the demands of a dynamic Product stream and to be responsible for the ongoing promotion and growth of our brand through various platforms and forums.

To be successful in this role, you will need the proven ability to perform the following;
- Able to update and manage company website and other social media platforms and Online business listings.
- Creating content for Social Media platforms.
- Preparing a Social Media Calendar in advance of requirements.
- Post content and respond to Customer comments, questions, feedback and report to management outcomes when necessary.
- Review online platforms and provide reporting on same.
- Be responsible for the Brand photographic presentation
- Provide proactive presentation at the Papa Retail stores to review physical in store promotions and to up date store images of products and service.
- Produce and maintain store collateral, including but limited to Menus, Product Labels, Signage, Cake Catalogues and Ingredient Lists.
- Planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- Advising Directors and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
- Coordinating production of advertising campaigns for the company
- Analyzing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analyzing data and other Statistical information
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
- Undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
- Advise on trends of product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels
- Maintaining menus for Papa and other required media
- Updating and maintaining cake books used for all location.

This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for a creative individual with experience in Social Media management and Digital advertising.

This role requires a Self Starter who has initiative and enjoys an on going challenge. Someone with an eye for detail, that will accept nothing less than ‘perfection’ in brand presentation.
