About the role
As an Area Leader you are responsible for developing, guiding, mentoring and engaging our retail teams to achieve maximum business profitability and brand engagement through the provision of an exceptional customer experience.
You will provide strong clear direction and leadership in achieving individual Store and Team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) aligned with the organizational objectives and goals outlined within operating and sales budgets. You will be a key driver ensuring all policies, procedures, guidelines and strategies are adhered to which will support the continued growth of the brand in line with the corporate culture and strategy. You will be responsible for the creative execution of your state based/ regional sales plan through influencing, coaching, mentoring Team Members.

**Profile**:
You will have extensive experience in retail management, at a flagship store level, or cluster. You are a natural leader and enjoy motivating and supporting your team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love achieving targets and growth for your area.
You are able to travel between 5 stores in the Melbourne region.
