**About this role**:
Rare opportunity for an Architect to join this top design studio. They have a solid pipeline of high-end and unique projects that require an Architect with a strong portfolio showing good design and material composition. This role is perfect for an Architect who loves design and enjoys also working across interiors. As part of a small Architecture team, you will be the port of call for architectural design, coordination, documentation, and navigate the projects through council and approvals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of design strategies and concepts that reflect the firm's design philosophy
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts that align with project goals and client expectations
- Participate in project presentations and communicate ideas clearly
- Research and integrate innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable practices into design proposals
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Work collaboratively and autonomously on multiple projects
- Take projects from concept through to completion
- Ensure delivery of high-quality details
- Provide support to junior staff

**Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant degrees in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Architecture Registration preferred but not essential
- Operating at a level of someone 5+years professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A portfolio showcasing your design expertise and technical skills
- Excellent project skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to confidently lead a project
- Enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking attitude
