**Part-Time | Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | Neurodiverse Playhouse**

We’re looking for a warm, creative, and passionate **Educator** to join our team at **Neurodiverse Playhouse**, where play, connection, and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is perfect for an educator who loves supporting children’s growth through **play-based, early intervention programs** and is confident working 1:1 and in small groups.

**About the Role**

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll:

- Support children through **individual and small group sessions** under the **Early Intervention Framework**:

- Work closely with our allied health team to help children build confidence, emotional regulation, and developmental skills
- Promote and assist with our **Kindy Uplift initiatives**:

- Encourage inclusive practices that celebrate every child’s unique strengths
- Build meaningful relationships with families to support each child’s learning journey

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- A **Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood or Primary)**:

- Experience working in **inclusive or neurodiverse settings**:

- A passion for supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
- A nurturing, flexible, and play-based approach to learning
- Availability on **Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays**

Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or developmental differences will be highly valued.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
