**Role overview**
- Actively contribute to key operational and strategic governance committees relating to the ERP Share Line of Service (SLS) function.
- Provide technical leadership to other members of the SLS D365 domain team including Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Security Analysts and Program Managers.
- Liaise with local entities globally to understand current and future functional and non-functional requirements relating to D365 ERP.
- Ensure EQUANS adopts ‘good practice’ processes and technologies as they relate to the D365 platform, working with IT vendors and support partners to deploy such items via proven methodologies.
- Manage the day-to-day operational relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
- Drive innovation and high performance through active engagement with local BU’s, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve agreed tactical and strategic business outcomes.
- Act as the global EQUANS escalation point for local BU’s, owning issues as they arise and managing them through to resolution.
- Other duties as required

**Skills & experience required**
- _Tertiary degree in relevant discipline_
- Demonstrable experience of providing technical leadership to a multi-functional team, ideally a distributed global team.
- Experience in driving and motivating high performing technical teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Deep functional knowledge of an enterprise-level ERP platform covering Core Finance modules as a minimum, and ideally project operations and field service
- Advanced internal stakeholder management skills including rapport building and conflict management.
- Advanced IT partner/vendor management skills including issue management, SLA tracking, relationship building and extracting the maximum value out of the relationship.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
