We require someone who is looking for a challenging position which will provide experience in all aspects of interior architecture, from concept to final building completion, and who has good construction knowledge, as well as an understanding of council regulations, and the ability to work independently. Experience in multi-residential work would be an advantage.

YRS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

- a bachelor degree or higher qualification with at least two year work experience
- minimum of 5 years experience without formal qualification may be acceptable

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients and stakeholders
- Researching and analysing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements
- Formulating design concepts, fitting selections, and specifications for building interiors
- Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts
- Detailing and documenting selected design for construction
- Supervising the construction of interiors

PROGRAM KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

- Archicad, Photoshop, Adobe

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Australia (preferred)
