
Academic Administrator, Monash Online

The Academic Administrator undertakes a range of planning, scheduling and resource management tasks to ensure academic support is executed. This includes providing administrative support, collating reports and schedules, organising data and collating documentation across academic projects.
**Requirements**:
Administration, Reporting and Schedule Planning
- Develop and maintain a database of unit assessments and associated documentation, including marking budgets
- Develop a schedule and maintaining guides for Program Coordinators and Online Unit Coordinators to fulfil University partners QA requirements
- Maintain oversight and reviewing of the results process, including storage of result reports
- Gather information and generating reports for management committees
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to manage the student survey process
- Develop and distribute teaching awards
- Developing academic staff planners to distribute internally and externally each teaching period and yearly
- Ad hoc administration, expense reconciliation and data entry
- Coordinate meetings within the academic team and external stakeholders
- Maintain register of complaints
- Supporting the on-boarding of new staff, mainly Program Coordinators
- Other administrative support as required by the Academic Director
- OLA Allocations and Payroll
- Collect and collate availability and preferences from the OLAs
- Coordinate and process OLA allocations, ensuring consistency of data in Salesforce
- Coordinate and process OLA payment and marking claims
