Health & Safety Advisor
- Sydney, NSW
- $130-150k + super

**Main Duties**
Your responsibilities will be:

- Promoting a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice management systems in the workplace.
- Monitoring daily site tasks and provide advice on risks and controls.
- Ensuring compliance with the procedures whilst health and safety is observed.
- Providing OHS training to all employees and subcontractors.
- Investigating any injuries or incidents and recommending corrective actions.

**Requirement**
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in civil engineering, roads, or construction environment
- Have a degree, diploma or relevant certificate in Health and Safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as externally.
- Excellent skills in time management, planning, communication and organizing along with the ability to positively influence improved Health and Safety Outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and can provide practical solutions to a problem.

**Benefits**
- An attractive salary ranging from $130-150k base + super (negotiable dependent on the level of experience).
