As an Interior Designer at Hassell, you’ll be an integral part of our design team, working on a diverse range of projects across workplace, commercial, hospitality OR education/health. You’ll collaborate with architects, strategists, and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live, work, and connect.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develop creative and functional interior design solutions aligned with project objectives and client needs.
- Work across all project stages, from concept design and space planning to documentation and delivery.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, material palettes, and 3D visualisations.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including detailed joinery drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Contribute to design reviews, ensuring consistency and alignment with Hassell’s design ethos.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and suppliers to coordinate design intent and project outcomes.
- Support senior designers in project coordination, including budgets, timelines, and team communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

**Qualifications** Skills and Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience in interior design, in a design studio environment.
- Several years' experience working on commercial workplace projects is essential for success in this role.
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape (or other rendering tools) is essential.
- Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
