**About the role**

Join a vibrant team of senior designers where you’ll assist in the management and delivery of projects from concept to documentation and have the opportunity to take on ownership of smaller projects. You'll be working on a number of different project types and stages at the same time. Be supported and mentored to progress yourself into a senior interior designer.
- Drive our ethos of shaping places that directly and positively influence people, communities and prosperity,
- Use your creativity and design eye to assist in the development of interior design concepts and materials selections,
- Create presentations and visualisation graphics and assist in communications to stakeholders,
- Assist in the Development of designs through to documentation and construction,
- Collaborate and communicate within teams, clients and consultants to drive results,
- Adhere to management systems to ensure quality of the project is achieved.

**About you**

You would have completed tertiary education in Interior Design and have professional local experience working within teams across design or construction phases that demonstrate:

- Confidence in presenting to a client,
- Design eye and confidence across all project phases,
- Strong graphic and design skills and the ability to develop concept presentations with guidance from other senior designers,
- A passion for finishes, materials and a great network of local suppliers,
- Strong Photoshop & InDesign skills,
- Enscape preferred but not critical,
- Solid level of Revit experience preferred with some knowledge of working with linked models and families,
- Experience translating a concept design into a tender set of drawings and working with the design team to co-ordinate and develop projects to the tender and construction phase,
- Ability to exercise the skills and competencies commensurate with your experience,
- Capacity for critical thinking, understanding business, making complex decisions, creating the new and different,
- A drive for results, taking initiative, managing execution, focus on performance and accountability,
- Respect for people, building cooperative relationships, optimising diverse teams, influencing people,
- Act with integrity, be self-aware, authentic, open, flexible and adaptable.
