- Proven experience in social media management, ideally in the beauty or fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional creativity with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- People management experience, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.
