- Lead and manage branch teams and Mobile Lending Managers across key performance metrics.
- Coach and develop teams to improve skills and capabilities.
- Leverage marketing campaigns and generate business development opportunities through your local knowledge and connections.
- Analyze data to develop effective business plans.
- Contribute to strategic projects that boost innovation and customer experience.
