**Campus**:Rothwell **Reporting to**:Diverse Learning Lead **Position type**:Permanent, Part Time, Term-Time - 32.75 hours per week (over 5 days working 8.00 am - 3.05 pm) **Remuneration**:Level 5, Queensland Lutheran Schools Single Enterprise Agreement 2024 **Anticipated Commencement Date**:As soon as possible - to be negotiated **The Opportunity** Grace Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Administrator to ensure administrative assistance is provided to Diverse Learning Lead, teacher aides, support staff and students as required. The Diverse Learning Administration Assistant is part of the Diverse Learning Team. This is a busy team environment supporting the needs of students and families across the College by providing the link to Diverse Learning. The Diverse Learning Administration Assistant is the face of the College to the Grace Community at our Rothwell Campus. We are looking for a quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changeable information whilst at the same time, an empathetic team member who genuinely cares for our students. Someone prone to self-management, collaborative decision making and has a high level of interpersonal skills perfect for working in a busy team with much student contact. - Qualifications, Certifications and Work-related Experience: _ > Diploma qualification or equivalent experience and knowledge. > Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation. > Demonstrated high level of competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint. > Knowledge of TASS - desirable. > Experience within a School setting - desirable. **How to apply** Include your up-to-date resume and contact details of two referees (one of whom should be your current supervisor, if possible), and a maximum two-page written response outlining your suitability for the role with reference to the position description on below, **Closing Date**:Friday, 19 September 2025
