**The Opportunity**
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Head of Campus provides high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the effective leadership and management of the campus. This role enables the Head of Campus to focus on high level operational and strategic priorities by managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Additionally, you will support the Business Manager in key operational functions contributing to the smooth running of our College.
As a key representative of the Head of Campus and Business Manager, this role will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships within the College community. The role demands a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal excellence, ensuring positive and effective communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. You will be a trusted confidant and problem-solver, proactively managing challenges and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
A vital part of this role is working as a key point of contact during urgent or crisis situations, ensuring timely communication and coordination. You will support the Head of Campus in managing sensitive issues, such as student welfare matters, staff concerns, or external complaints.
**About you**
> Applied with Independence, both routine and non-routine
> Discretion and judgement required, time and accuracy constraints.
> Operate both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
> Qualifications, Certifications and Work-related Experience:
> Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position as necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position.
> Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS) would be an advantage.
> Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain.
