What is the Customer Success Manager?
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for representing TRKKN across the Australian market to current clients and prospects, as well as to our key Omnicom agency partners and our key strategic partner Google.
You will report directly into the Managing Director & will act as an individual contributor working with the wider TRKKN and Omnicom agency teams to build and maintain strong working relationships with our tier one key accounts.

Key Accountabilities
- Represent the TRKKN services offering across the ANZ markets and provide guidance and thought leadership to agencies and clients around TRKKNs capability
- Maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, internal agency partners & external partner, Google.
- Grow the business profitably by acquiring new clients and work with Division Heads, to maximise profitable business growth within key accounts
- Simplify complex solutions through clear and concise narrative that resonates with partners and clients' different levels of expertise and competency areas
- Identify business opportunities and challenges, leverage synergy opportunities across functions and businesses.

The person we are looking for...
- At least 3 years' experience within partnerships, sales or customer success in a similar environment.
- Proven track record achieving targets within challenging sales environments would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and Cloud Platform Stacks
- Detailed knowledge of marketing technology (ad-servers, DMPs, CDPs, DSPs) and marketing cloud platforms such as SFMC and Google 360 Suite.
