**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure the team meets **KPI goals** while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Provide **excellent customer service** by leading by example and taking pride in every interaction.
- Maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, drive-thru and QSR environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven **leadership experience** with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
- Confidence and excellent **communication skills**.
