Abelia Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance PTY LTD are seeking experienced garden and property maintenance person to join our team based in Keilor East.

**The Role**:

- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs.
- Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.
- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills with Team and Clients
- Ability to tow a trailer
- Experience using power tools / operating machinery
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- General handyman tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Manual drivers licence (Essential)
- Valid Police Check (within 12 months)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunbury, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Police Check (within 12 months) (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
