_**Bread Social**_ is currently seeking a qualified and motivated **Bakers / Bakery Production Assistants**to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. What started as a passion for honest, handcrafted bread has grown into a respected name, with our loaves now a staple in cafés across Byron Bay, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane. **About the Role**

As a Baker or Production Assistant, you will play a key role in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of breads, and baked goods. You will be responsible for maintaining Bread Social standards of quality, consistency, and enjoy working as part of a team.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of cheffing / baking methods, and food safety
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
