Internal Communications Advisor

We are seeking an innovative and collaborative **Internal** **Communications Advisor** to join our dynamic and fast-paced People and Culture team based at Nudgee, to support Mercy Community through peak change and transformation. The role will support the design and implementation of internal communication strategies to drive positive communications and enhance Mercy Community’s brand and reputation.

**_$100,000 Base salary + Super + Salary Sacrifice_**

**The Role**

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering strategic and tactical communications advice, whilst supporting the delivery of key communications projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Planning, developing and implementing internal communications plans.
- Providing high-level, accurate, timely and strategic communications advice and support to the senior managers and wider Mercy Community team.
- Developing effective and engaging communication materials, including, executive communication, e-newsletters and internal communication campaigns., using a variety of different channels.
- Developing new and innovative internal communications channels and strategies to help staff understand Mercy Community’s vision.
- Play a role in the development and publishing of Intranet news content.
- Engaging closely with teams across all levels of the organisation to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engaging inkey internal communication opportunities and organisational events.

**About You**
- To be successful in the role you have extensive experience in a similar role either from an in-house or agency environment, along with tertiary qualifications in Communications / Journalism / Advertising or related field. You will have highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and appropriately for specific audience groups. It would be an advantage to have experience using Vision 6 (or similar), and Canva.
