**What you’ll do**:
Bring your commercial acumen and strategic mindset to a pivotal role that will support our Property & Network Development portfolio. As **Finance Business Partner**, you’ll combine sharp financial insight with a deep understanding of NPV commercial evaluations and the levers that deliver strong returns on investment.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, drive end-to-end financial management, and deliver the analysis and business cases that shape high-impact decisions.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with operational leaders to enable informed, data-driven decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting for senior stakeholders
- Support high-value commercial projects that drive efficiency and growth
- Build commercial acumen across the business and foster accountability

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in Finance roles with a minimum 5 years' of relevant business partnering experience.
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions.
- Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting.
- Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases.
- Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
- Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources.
- CPA or CA certification.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
- Strong FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage.
