What you'll do:

Bring your commercial acumen and strategic mindset to a pivotal role that will support our Property & Network Development portfolio. As
Finance Business Partner
, you'll combine sharp financial insight with a deep understanding of NPV commercial evaluations and the levers that deliver strong returns on investment.

You'll partner with senior leaders, drive end-to-end financial management, and deliver the analysis and business cases that shape high-impact decisions.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with operational leaders to enable informed, data-driven decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting for senior stakeholders
• Support high-value commercial projects that drive efficiency and growth
• Build commercial acumen across the business and foster accountability

What you'll bring:

• Experience in Finance roles with a minimum 5 years' of relevant business partnering experience.
• Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions.
• Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting.
• Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases.
• Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
• Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources.
• CPA or CA certification.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
• Strong FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage.
