The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Officer are performing order entry, maintenance and inquiry to all customers and clients. You will also monitor orders and inventory, liaise externally with customers and clients and be responsible for the resolution of questions and problems. Overall, you will provide great customer service representing the brand of the company and support various internal teams as required.
