Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Freedom of Information Officer on a contract for 12 months.

**Position Overview**

The department has a requirement for a procedural document writer to support department's security administrative processes, with duties including.
- draft and review procedural documentation as a result of the implementation of new systems and processes in relation to:

- processing of security clearances,
- security training, and
- security policy.

**Qualifications**

Essential:

- Experience drafting procedural and process documentation that guide users and can be utilise to train and educate new starters.

General attributes
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work proactively and with mínimal supervision.
- Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.

Desirable:

- Editorial / technical writing qualification
- Knowledge of the Australian Government's Protective Security Policy Framework and its underlying policies
