**About the Role**:
This position is ideal for someone with experience in both retail sales and B2B sales, who understands the importance of business acumen and exemplary customer service. You will have the freedom to generate your own leads and manage internal leads, with ongoing support and training from our team. This is not just a sales job; it’s a chance to grow with Haute Kitchens, a leader in luxury kitchens and bespoke designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage retail and business clients, providing a premium experience that reflects Haute Kitchens' high standards.
- Generate and manage leads, both independently and from internal sources.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and build partnerships with businesses.
- Think strategically and innovate to identify new sales opportunities and approaches.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction is a positive one.
- Have experience in both retail and B2B sales.
- Be outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Demonstrate high-level business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for premium design.
- Be driven, with the ability to think outside the box and work autonomously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (required)
- Sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
