**Your new company**

Join a Global Banking Organisation and contribute to the core risk management activities within their Line 1 Risk business. You will join an experienced team whilst working closely with experienced stakeholders.

**Your new role**

As an Operational Risk Manager, you will be responsible for Line 1 risk activities and developing a strong risk culture as well as;
- Designing and implementing operational controls for digital products
- Execute control monitoring and testing programme based on business requirements
- Oversight of remediation of issues arising from digital control monitoring and testing
- Assist the business in implementing policies and procedures

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in Banking/Financial services
- Experience working in Operational Risk Management (ideally Line 1 risk)
- Demonstrated experience/knowledge on Controls Testing and Risk Management Frameworks, ideally within digital risk
- Strong stakeholder management experience
