**The Role**
As Venue Manager, your role will be overseeing the daily operations of House Bar, Rekodo & Smoke across all of the venue management essentials including financials & COGS, team management, rostering, staff training, recruitment and ensuring quality across our service, food & beverage offerings.
Your attention to detail & care for the guest experience will be at your forefront as well as leading, mentoring and growing our seasoned team. With a mix of clientele ranging from corporates and foodies, special occasion diners and friends getting together for a night to remember, your passion for service will be ignited here.
Having been a Venue Manager of some of Sydney’s most award winning restaurants, bars or large multi faceted operations and pubs, you will be well equipped to hit the ground running and be looking for a role where you can put your excellent leadership, problem solving & venue management skills to the test.
