A new opportunity is now available for an experienced and customer centric operator to lead a small but busy phone based sales team and admissions team.
Reporting to the Occupancy and Business Development Manager, your role will be to enable the RAC sales team to effectively manage incoming leads, provide solutions and support the timely admissions of new residents at our 41 Residential Aged Care Homes.
You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and developing the team to proactively manage the sales pipeline to deliver high quality sales opportunities to the sales consultants, while ensuring customers are prepared and informed.
You will manage onboarding activity efficiency to ensure new clients are onboarded with all required information captured to meet standards and ensuring the Residential Homes have all the required information to welcome new residents.
As the Team Leader, you will continually monitor customer satisfaction and provide coaching to the team to identify and raise areas for improvement.
Your professional and approachable leadership ability together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate, will aid your success in this integral position.
Additionally, the ideal applicant will have;
- 2 years experience in managing staff and creating a positive culture
- Team management of high-volume work with a focus on motivating the team to strive for KPIs and targets
- Capacity and responsiveness to changing priorities and business requirements
- Understanding of Residential Aged Care & aged care standards
- Very strong written and verbal (phone) communication skills, ability to actively listen and draw information out of clients to understand their needs
- Ability to identify Skills and Knowledge gap amongst the team, and bridge the skills gaps by coaching team members and by structured team training
- Experience monitoring and delegating to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Sensitive to mission with the ability to develop an understanding of and connect with religious groups

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with competing priorities
- An understanding on the importance of our referrers, who they are and the impact they can provide to our business
- Willingness to obtain a Police check

Intermediate to advanced competence in use of information systems and software packages such as Microsoft Office, databases and client management systems
