**Job Description**:
We are currently on the lookout for an Operations Support & Compliance person to effectively support the transportation of customers products to retail and commercial service stations, for our South Australian Fuels and Gases Operations. You will work closely with drivers and other team members and participate in administrative day to day functions to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.

As the Operations Support & Compliance, you will:

- Provide support to the operations team and undertake core operational administrative data entry, including but not limited to data entry, payroll, driver trip-sheets, purchase orders and invoices & compliance
- Assist with compiling reports and acquiring data for analysis tasks
- Update electronic registers, ensuring compliance is met
- Coordinate and book employee medicals in accordance with Toll Group standards and procedures
- Ensure appropriate coverage of duties is maintained in the event of planned and unplanned absenteeism

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in similar role highly desirable
- Knoweldge of heavy vehicle permit schemes
- High accuracy with data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
