**About you**

To be successful you will have:

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate, engage and organise others to meet team objectives.
- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced team environment including resourcing allocation, workloads and prioritisation to ensure services are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrated experience in effective stakeholder engagement, including managing expectations and delivering against agreed commitments.
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service and expert advice on complex matters, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven experience in performance management, including the utilisation of operational performance management tools and methodologies in a complex service delivery environment.
- Experience in developing the skills and capability of team members to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in supporting team members through the effective implementation of changes to work processes, procedures and technology, whilst maintaining service delivery performance.
- An understanding of the legislative requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012.
- An understanding of and ability to work/ manage to the spirit and principles of AS ISO 31000:2018 Risk management - Guidelines.
