We are seeking a talented and experienced **Delivery and Incident Manager** to take charge of managing the risk, quality, and release management of key work packages for the Planning Portal. In this role, you will ensure timely delivery to the highest standards, while overseeing production incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners. **About this role**:
- Release management of complex work packages and bug fixes, ensuring they meet operational and client requirements.
- Develop and implement plans, procedures, and policies to support incident management of Planning Portal and supported technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and resolve emerging issues, providing timely reports, briefings, and high-quality advice on issue management.

**What you will bring to the role**:
- Strong release management skills with the ability to coordinate complex work packages and releases.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing incidents and critical issues.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support delivery.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide high-quality advice to stakeholders.
- Experienced user of Jira software.
