**Location: Wembley**
**Hours: Full
- Time Hours - 38 hours with flexible start/ end times**
**Start: ASAP**
**Pay rate: $35ph+ super**
**Duration: This is a 12 month assignment with the potential to go permanent**
**The Role**
Reporting to the GM of Academy and Employment, you would be responsible for providing administration support to them and the wider team. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all reporting and administration activities are undertaken efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
**Duties include**:
- Provide timely, responsive, and quality administration support and customer service to team
- Maintain and manage customer data base and complete relevant reporting
- Work closely with stakeholders to find suitable work placements for customers (both internal and external opportunities), prepare documentation to enable placement, allocate placements and review effectiveness of placements to ensure matching reflects the customer skills, interests and strengths and supports attainment of the identified career goals
- Actively seek opportunities to share insights and knowledge to support establish and grow key relationships.
- Notify upcoming events, information sessions and stakeholder presentation requirements and undertake necessary planning and administration on behalf of the team (including coordinating meetings, diary bookings, workshops, and site visits
- Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain customer information and documents required to support service delivery.
**About You**
- The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Be extremely reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Previous experience in the disability sector with an understanding of NDIS funding desired
- You will have strong attention to detail whilst preparing reports for use within the business
- You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance and obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Check.
